I went to this place and they are is not accepting the new equivalency certificate format from MOE, UAE;
They want the old one which is not currently issued by MOE, UAE.
How frustrating it is for people who are on the process of golden visa.
MOE is saying they already informed all govt entity about this new system.
I don't understand this really.

Sharjah air port road after air port 6 no bridge left side area al rahmania new immigration office.and if you are coming from masafi zair orr sajja industrial area this destination is your right side

One of the 2 women working in the typing center is a very rude young woman with no respect for younger generation female customers.

The female receptionist in block 2 is also a messed up lady.

What's up with these young women maltreating women customers of the same age group?

Definitely better than their previous location. Helpful staff even the security guard at the typing center was attentive and helpful.

Sharjah office of immigration services are horrible , very huge delay in approving visa .. Even you submit complain in their customers voice channel they doing nothing. We are in digital economy and delaying visa for someone for more than 3 weeks it's unacceptable . Better Dubai immigration office and Abu Dhabi

One of the worst centers in the UAE. Although the building is huge and should have a lot of employees, I have waited over 2 hours in the printing process of cancelling my visa in the printing section. The supervisor over there is so rude and was shouting on the customers there. The customers were frustrated because there are a lot of missing employees! The quality of the service is so bad and slow. The center must be reviewed immediately and fixed. There are no social distance stickers on the chairs there (shown in the picture) and all people are close to each other. Overall, the center is 0/10.

Pleasant, professional and smooth experience. I finished attestation in 5 minutes. All employees were smiling and friendly. I got permission to take the photos two times; inside the work hall and at the reception. Even outside the building, other permission was required as well. However, reaching there was tricky. Google specified the front road, while entering was from the back road, which is not shown on Google.
