A complete letdown. Visited 23rd May to enquire about service contracts and ervice offers for my infinity. After entering the office, no one bothered to ask what i need or whom I need to see .. finally checked with a staff and I was asked to wait near to an empty chair of a staff who supposedly takes care of infinity. Waited for 10 mins and no show...when checked with the nearby staff he gave me his contact number for me to try reaching him. I am not calling him or coming back again to this agency again..no wonder why people opt to choose other providers...dissapointed that I traveled all the way for this result
