Worst Service the price they quote for small issue and repair I can buy new car in this price. AED4000 for labour cost for 1 days job serious ????

Today I did 1k service for my Nissan Patrol. Excellent Service, After Service they delivered the car (Free of Cost), very Professional and Competent staff (Mr. PREMJI, Service Engineer) at Arabian Automobiles - Nissan MBZ, see image below. Thaanks Team????

I strongly advise against using their services as they charge exorbitant prices for extremely poor service. Despite claiming to perform thorough periodic maintenance on your vehicle, their only noticeable effort is the car wash, which is done very poorly. The maintenance report falsely claims that the vehicle was both washed and checked, but in reality, there is no evidence that any inspection has taken place. I have experienced this multiple times, and it always ends in me having to file a complaint and deal with unnecessary hassle. If their car washing service is any indication of their work quality, it is highly doubtful that they properly inspect your vehicle. Despite charging well above market rates, their services do not justify the price tag, so I urge you not to entrust them with your vehicle

The worst workshop you can ever go to, no one answers the phone and they make you come to the workshop itself and they don’t give you any solution. Don’t think of buying any of their cars because their after sales are the worst and they don’t have a proper call centre I’ll list all the numbers I tried to call for their call centers and their is no use of them all. If you have any emergency you should figure it out yourself because they’ll probably won’t answer. I’ll list all the numbers I tried calling and their is no use

Regular service of my car. They offer a taxi voucher if needed. No clear directions where to go for newcomers but for last 2 services done, staff were helpful

Worst service center i have encountered, waiting long time to assist my concern, not accomodating, many times went back to fix the creaking sound of my nissan kicks until now they could not fix, i would still recommend toyota. Staff not helpful in assisting my concern.

service not satisfying, bought brand new kicks, after a year compressor has to be replaced twice and keep my car for 1month and again waited again returning car with flat tyres..thanks for a very expensive/ pricy service but not worth the the value

Don’t bother calling their service center because they don’t answer, if you need anything you have to visit the actual site. Very rude customer service, I regret buying my Nissan patrol thanks to the service center

Due to a traffic accident on the A9 today my bus 15A from stirling to perth 15:30 was delayed quite a bit. Throughout the traffic and waiting our bus driver Nigel was amazing! He made sure we were aware constantly of what was going on and trying his best to get us to where we needed to go. I myself was going to a village just outside of crieff (on way to perth) so had missed my link bus. Nigel then proceeded to tell me to stay on the bus and that on his way back to the depo in perth he would take me home. Fantastic bus driver! Thank you again

Massive amount of bus cancellations, they don't even post everything that's cancelled and short notice cancellations during peak travel times for rural communities is shocking, leaving people stranded in the dark at the end of a hard days work. Changes to timetables show poor support for rural communities and complete lack of support for people living and working in those communities.

Dangerous drivers and buses drivers always speeding making people scared for there life . Filthy buses look like they hav never been cleaned and we're supposed to be keeping clean/washing our hands fro. Covid you need to fumigate yourself after being on the buses. People miss appointments becos of buses not turning up

Worked there most of the folk are decent especially the shunters and cleaners even some drivers all pretty decent but the management especially traffic are utter hopeless and don't have a clue couldn't run a bath between them bunch of hypocritical power trip men with a high viz constantly complaining about everything and anything

unbelievable bad service. buses seem to be cancelled at the drop of a hat sometimes with no notice to the customers. Constantly being left stranded in Dundee by the last bus on a Saturday night leaving young and old customers vulnerable. WARNING always have enough cash to get home. 4 out of 5 into Dundee from Longforgan at 17.07 on Saturdays are repeatdly cancelled.

Regularly cancels scheduled services without forewarning, often leaving you stranded. If this service is a crucial part of your work commute be prepared to give up an extra hour of your day so you can catch an earlier bus (not including travel time) to stand a chance of being at work on time and to be regularly misinformed by the digital bus stop information.

Same buses continuously cancelled, bus app not reliable, have to bounce between checking twitter and the app to find out if the bus will run and though both sites claiming the bus will run, no bus comes.

Got 16 bus to Perth at 9.45am this morning,,bus was all over road couple times,,bus packed with scared passengers,, shouting for driver to slow down,,as obviously bus was not fit to be on road,yet driver was advised to keep going,, disgraceful.call that passenger safety.Oh and every other bus appears to be , cancelled,,,shambles of a service.
