Hello Everyone, i have been using Shift services for the past two months and can confidently recommend everyone who is looking for professional rent a car service. Response time, service level and economical rent.(though during this tough time , i believe they must run much more competent offers for customers but still i find them more economical against competitors. I have good experience with Shift Rent A Car. They provide me good offer last two months without any hidden charges. However now offer price not available. Thats why I returned the car. Staff's are so friendly in Sharjah Branch. Price very cheapest and latest model car. I am highly recommending shift rent a car. Thanks

Well priced cars, quick delivery when you are asking to hire a car.
If you require assistance or have a complaint, you get passed around to many different people. Manager does not call back and blocks calls regarding price mistakes.

I rented a car from them with a agreement signed that the deposit amount will be returned with maximum 21 working days and it’s over 21 days and I haven’t received my deposit back! Promises aren’t met !
