This branch has high demand as per my observation. I guess the service and quality justified it.
The meal is worth the price and quality.
The quantity is well served.
They have choices in level of spiciness from original to extra spicy.
Cleanliness and presentation are maintained.
The food (Chicken Bucket) was fresh and crisp as per my experience.

Please keep in mind, this rating only applies to Jollibees at Sahara Centre not to the Jollibees brand.

I recommend trying the Burjuman Branch of Jollibees. If you want to true experience.

Quick Review:
Pros:
• Filipino twist.
• Jolly Rap and new Jolly Chicken Burger (December 2022) was excellent.

Cons:
• Quality Control. (On 19Th November 2022 issue was addressed, however, quality dropped again on 10Th December 2022. ????????)

Detail Review:

Pros:

The new Jolly Chicken Burger (Launched December 2022) is a massive improvement to the old Jolly Chicken Burger. The new Jolly Chicken Burger has more lettuce, with a new spicy sauce, not to mention new buns! The chicken is awful similar to the old Burger. However, it isn't a concern ("If it's fixed, then don't change it")

Cons:

This Jollibee branch lacks quality control. The quality was improved in November 2022. However, the quality reduced in December 2022. I raised an issue about the chicken being dry and not spicy. Not to mention that the chicken bucket had dry chicken and unflavourful chicken. This was addressed in my next visit. However, the quality dropped again in December 2022.

In conclusion, Jollibees is really good. Please keep in mind that this rating only applies to jollibees at sahara centre, not to the Jollibees name and brand. Please try out the Burjuman Branch if you want the true Jollibees experience.

Chicken strips platter. AED 41/- 12 strips were amazing. But it’s quite expensive!! They had an amazing garlic Mayo along quite a big quantity. A must try for sure! A dine in experience would be the best as you get the food really warm. Personally we loved it ????

it’s not fast food anymore when you tell your customers to wait for 30 minutes for our order. what’s more unacceptable, you ask your customers if it’s ok to wait for that long after you’ve taken the order!!! say it upfront so people can decide immediately before wasting time ordering something that isn’t going to be available as expected.

????@jollibeeuae is a fillipino multinational chain of fast food .. They are best known for chicken joy, (with bone /boneless) which is delicately hand breaded to be crispylicious on the outside , with a secret marinated juicylicious on the inside ...

????Their menu also includes combo offers , chicken wraps , crispy chicken rice / noodles ,b kids meal and refreshing mojitos ..

????They are now offering

????chicken joy with fries ,
????Joy wrap and
???? Joy curry fried rice
for 10aed each .. Now you can enjoy the joy in less price .. ????

Wednesday , 07/02/2023 - 10:30 ,Very rude staff (male cashier), I had to request a refund after 22 minutes of waiting and my order was not even placed, other customers arrived after me already got serverd. The male staff doesnt have respect and he doesnt seem he want to work there.

Before I start writing I read a complain about your staff few months before , but it doesnt seem you took any action.
Teach your staff to respect customers and teach them manner , and apology when they make mistake. It is shame for real
