This Toys“R”Us branch at Sahara Center has been my son's favorite place. They have maintained by stocking up on the latest collection of Toys and Mind games.
I observed consistency in professionalism and service over these years.
Yes, I do agree with the prices that do appear expensive or overrated but the quality and collecting are worth the amount.
The staff is approachable and helpful in assisting if needed.
This store is located between the food court and the cinema theater level.

Just had a very bad experiece at Toysrus branch in Sahara center. We got a toy which had a discount of 30% written on it and when we went to the counter we were told that we need to pay full price. So when we questioned why there was a discount sticker on this toy and another toy in the same area, the staff removed the sticker in front of us and said its full price. Very disappointing service, misquoted price and irresponsible staff response.

Great store! Had a lots items that piqued the interest of my kids. Although I didn't find what I needed most which were any sort of Monster High dolls, we never seem to find them all across the U.A.E ????

I love this place and it’s a really good place but I wish they brought the new monster high dolls I would come more often if they do and I would buy anything possible if they bring monster high

Wonderful Customer Service Specially from Ms Sheela. I would personally thank her for the effort in sorting my issue with MI Electric Bike.
