Had a brilliant gentleman can't remember his name for the life of me but he was amazing kept me calm at ease and gave me a chance to change my life there is also a blone lady who always gives you a beautiful smile is amazing and always helpful we forget people like this in the pandemic, and they should be

What's not to like....it's a bank...no issues, just go in, do your banking business and leave. Staff seem efficient and carry out business with a smile. All you need. Shimples!

I never used to like Santander and at one point considered changing banks, probably would have, if it wasn't so much of a hassle. I have visited this branch a few times, it has always been quiet and more query dealt with efficiently. I found the staff there friendly and helpful. As far as banking goes it was a good experience.

Staff here usually very helpful but have just wasted time and petrol on journey from Looe to Liskeard only to find that the place was closed due to renovations. Might have been helpful if a warning had been posted on the website.
