The best of Spanish late you can get it there , the staff more friendly and polite ????, ask about hossam his active and positive and really his nice guy .

On 27th of June I had a highly disappointing experience at Tim HORTONS located in Sharjah International Airport

Upon entering the coffee shop, I noticed that the caps with straws for sale were carelessly placed in the middle of the hallway, accessible to anyone passing by. This lack of proper hygiene and safety measures concerned me greatly, as these items could easily be touched or grabbed by anyone, potentially compromising the health and well-being of customers.

Unfortunately, my concerns escalated further when my 5-year-old son unknowingly grabbed one of these caps with a straw after we purchased a snack with coffee. Realizing this, I immediately took the cap from him and approached the cashier, requesting that he wash it thoroughly as a precautionary measure.

To my surprise, the cashier took the cap and started washing it, which should have been a reassuring response. However, after a few minutes, he returned to us and demanded a payment of 65 AED (cup costs 62 AED btw), claiming that my son had broken the straw. This left me astounded and confused, as neither my son nor I had noticed any damage when I initially handed over the cup with the intact straw.

Despite my son's denial of any wrongdoing and my own inability to observe any damage, the cashier insisted that we pay for the alleged breakage. This situation left a bad feeling, as it seemed unjust and unfounded. I sincerely hope that the manager of Tim Hortons reads this review and takes immediate action to address the concerning behavior of the cashier and the overall lack of customer service.

I will never come back !
