Careful they charge 15% surcharge on currency exchange when paying with a foreign card, don't select the option to pay in your foreign currency. Instead select to pay in AED and the amount debited to your account will reflect a normal fee.. Thieves in sheep clothing

I had a prepaid order for 5 perfumes. I was delivered only 3 at the airport and was told that the remaining amount will be refunded. I received only a part of the refund and no response to my emails and calls. DO NOT GO FOR THEIR PREPAID ORDERS, IT IS A SCAM!

Sharjah duty free, very poor service, they displayed tester perfume without the nob.
How the customer can experience the smell.

Excellent place, with social distance maintenance.
Duty free is small, but good options for purchase.
Staff is very helpful and cooperative.
Easy payment process and fast.
Good choice for small shoppers

Hi there,

I placed an order online in Dec'21 to be collected.

Though I had made the order online. I didn't get the order at the counter, as the store manager mentioned that the order couldn't be fulfilled.

I still haven't received my refund as well.
