Total failure. Long waiting, staffs are sub standard. Don’t even understand how to serve efficiently. Made a mess. Orders were piled up. I know my review maybe doesn’t matter. But yeah if u don’t value your time go ahead and stay on the queue.

Very bad and very slow. Cashier is taking sweet time and doesnt care if the queue is long! I went to texas chicken! Far better!

Worst KFC of UAE. I took 24 pieces bucket but was so disappointed to see the quality of fried chicken. Each chicken piece was full of extra flour chunks as it was prepared in hurry. Worst quality and standard.

just look at the burger they served us, when we said that the burger is not looking good and its not at all hot, the philipina lady said its fine and its hot, we have to insist her, and then she returned back same burger, and this time, they didnt even bother to make it hot using oven, the bread was chilled as if they did that in purpose, its like they are doing us a favour or giving us charity.. never gonna visit kfc again... i dont understand why these servers have so much attitude as if they own the place and are doing charity on a daily basis...

Why isn’t the management taking an action against this branch after so many bad reviews. They served us half done soft chicken skin with no crumbs at all and the lays chicken, we could hardly see any lays on it. And they forgot to serve us the bun and they don’t even accept their mistake. Come on do something.

If you are really hungry, never opt this branch. They says 10minutes for each order to deliver, but it took exactly 25 minutes after I made the payment to receive my food.most of the customers were saying similar complaint....
The order was not properly served.. No spoon, no extra plates, no wet vipes,.. I felt they are simply trying to create a crowd by delaying the delivery so that it looks like most of the customers are rushing to the KFC,..Totally dissatisfied with the service.
Really misses an option for giving negative stars for rating....????????????????????

The twister had more tomatoes than chicken and even the chicken was stale. Very bad service. Food was served cold and tasted like a salad.

KFC in Al Zahia full unprofessional staffs specially nikita, she’s very very bad person, she need more training for take orders. Specially she need to learn for equality
