Ordered Spicy Chicken Ranch boss deal! It was delicious! Quick service too! However, they need to add more chicken topping on pizza!

Order was late
Pizza was burnt and extremely crunchy
Staff is not always present and stays inside u have to wait for them
Pizza was over burnt and tasted bad.
Told the staff and he said its normal
Which actually means Pizza hut has failed in customer service

We got there, we had to wait to order for almost an hour, the line was so long and it was just one cashier which is honestly abnormal, when we got to the cashier we placed an order that included the super limo pizza with garlic bread, the KitKat dessert, and the potato wedges for sides, and 2 pepsis and 2 Mountain dews. However she told us it'd take an hour so we left for an hour and came back after exactly 1 hour and 2 minutes. When we came back, she told us that our order has been ready for a while and proceeded yell at us about that matter. When I checked the box I saw that two sides have been replaced by things I didn't order and she didn't hand us our drinks, as soon as we told her, she gave us a 1 liter Pepsi instead of just giving us the proper order. The staff was very negative throughout the entire time we were there and I wouldn't recommed coming there to order if you expect a decent experience.

Very often I feel like these so called big and international brands take customers for granted and this was one such example.
I don’t want to be rude but it was disappointing service and food. Wedges were cold and hard, garlic bread horrible and pizza was half baked.

Had hardly any chicken topping on the pizza plus the staff is ridiculous and mannerless.

Don't ever come here on Pizza Hut.

On Tuesday they offer 1+1.
Dont give such offers if u cant manage over cooked chicken less pizza after 1 hour and 15 mins was pathetic rather rubbish I wish I could give zero stars. They took money for xtra cheese which wasnt there. Staff Julie instead of empathising was extremely arogant. NOT RECOMMENDED ON TUESDAY OR u will get absolute rubbish.

The staff name ‘ Julie ‘ from Philippines.
She was very rude girl. She was even rude to her own colleagues own staff. And was shouting at them she was so talking badly i feel so bad for other people. She don’t have any respect. Lot of people saw that and it shows bad working team and made bad reputation about the pizza hut.
