Their service is so bad that I have no words to say. There is no hassle when taking your deposit, the hassle is when the customers have to refund the money. They will create one problem or the other, sometimes they will say that these documents are not there, sometimes they will say that these documents are not there, even after everything is correct, they will tell you that your signature does not match, bring the signature again, saying that they will turn you around for two more months, even after that, you will get your deposit in full There are no guarantees. This is my 9 month experience. In a word, very bad, very bad their transaction. Especially when it creates all kinds of problems in refunding the customer. But they take money very easily. That is their policy

awful experience. they charged us our full deposit even though it was SEWA that took time to give clearance. It wasn't our fault. We didnt get 1 aed back from our deposit. Not to mention their super slow service. We complained of cockroaches and poor maintenance in the building and they didn't care. would never recommend and glad we moved out of that house and area!

Staff in Sharjah branch is not listening anyone they do what they want. Long time waiting there. Also when you apply for refund the advance payment they cross cutting everything and customer have to pay extra. Inspection team put so many things wrong.

This was a very friendly church. I was greeted by several and felt very welcomed. The fresh brewed tea was very nice. They have a place for young children which makes them family friendly. The music was very good. The message was clear and easy to understand. They have a prayer area and offer to pray with you, if needed.
