Good service, rate is reasonable...... professional...neat and clean....located in Safari mall on 2nd floor near to kids play area..............nice interior ................................................................. .................................... ....................................

Need more staff and Pls manage the waiting time and Don't Encourage the Phone appointment . Respect the Waiting customers who are present at shop before inviting the Phone customers .. Arrange more staff on weekends Morning time ... Change Sunday Morning Open time to 8:30 am from 10:00 am ... arrange more seating facility if possible .. Pls inform your employees Avoid watsapp and phone calls during Duty hours .... Less talk More Work should be ur policy..... My suggestion for all customers Ask for Mr Shohaib for Best Services remaining two guys are Lazzy and time taking and they are interested in flirting with the Lady parents of some kid customers........ A suggestion to owner pls keep Strict and tell other guys to learn from Shohaib about how to keep customer happy

Had an amazing experience.
I did a full facial treatment. It was amazing, super relaxing and beneficial. Their Service is outstanding, the team was super professional and the lounge is very well designed. Highly recommended.

How ever busy you are, behave properly to customers. Pandemic has not taught you a lesson. Never repeatedly come and say waiting customer you need to wait or if you need you wait such phrases are not good. If a person waiting say after how much time you can engage him or shut up. Discussing with colleagues one person say to sit other one say come tomorrow. Who are you to dictate terms to customers.

I went 3 times and cam back without hair cut, they dont have enough manpower to serve. Waiting time is too much. I not visit them next time.

Great service and highly recommended for kids and adults in this pandemic situation. Very neat and hygiene. All staffs are highly professional. As this located inside the safari mall, have free car parking and can do shopping after or before hair cut. Free hair wash also included..????????????????
