Extremely unprofessional customer service which i ever experienced in UAE. worst delaer..

Dont ever try to buy single product as majority of item selling are non standard and out of quality..

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Safari Furniture Shop. Despite attempts to bring attention to my complaint, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution from the company.
I purchased a piece of furniture from Safari Furniture Shop, which turned out to be defective. The piece was clearly not up to the standards advertised, and I immediately contacted the store to request a replacement or refund. However, I was met with complete silence from the company, and my complaint was not even acknowledged.
I tried contacting the store multiple times, both through email and phone, but my requests for assistance have been completely ignored. The lack of response from Safari Furniture Shop has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is unacceptable for a business to treat its customers in such a manner.
In addition to the faulty product, the complete lack of customer service and care demonstrated by Safari Furniture Shop has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Overall, I strongly advise against shopping at Safari Furniture Shop. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction and complete disregard for complaints is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

They have a promotional offer for National day of UAE but when we went all the way from Ajman to visit them in Safari mall, the sales staff said that they dont have the desk in the offer and it was posted by mistake.
The offer was misleading and we wasted our time.

Great customer service! Love they way the staff attended to us and did not let us leave without figuring out what more comfortable for us. Great personality very helpful and patient. Needed help and they figured out the way to go for the product not only that but tried their best to help for my budget and got to where i was looking for price range and all. Recommending ????

Very bad service. They delivered me wrong and damaged product after one week of delivery time. I have informed the same and asked return and refund. 20 days now. They are very reluctant to take it back and keep extended days. Still waiting .very poor response.

I buy a sofa and I request to Sels girl Mr.roma.i wnt same day delivery and she try her best to help me and talk with supervisor and request to deliver same day.. thanks safari management... we love it safari mall service and product....

Mr. Noushad was very accommodative and helpful to us to choose and help us buy we wanted. Very professional at the same time proactive.
And Miss Sanvi helped us to arrange the delivery on time like we wanted.
Great experience.
