If this is regarding the radio station then I give them 0 stars!! i would never recommend anyone to enter their competitions. Money grabbing thieves! I entered a competition to win 4 tickets to Off-piste down in Splott warehouse,Cardiff. I got through and was told by Michelle Owens the presenter that I had won the competion. They took my phone number and said they would call back for my details for the tickets. In the meantime I made arrangments such as outfits and taxis. I waited for the phone call back and it never came!! I called them later that evening and explained i won the competition and was waiting for someone to take my details..they fobbed me off again saying someone would call me within the hour, and again phone call never came!! I sent an email the next day to explain how upset I was, and no suprise, they didnt get back to me! So myself and 3 friends were left very upset and disappointed and also I was out of pocket by 100 pounds!! So please..take my advise, don't ever call and enter these rip off competitions, because you'll never get the prize. Capital FM...I hope you are reading this. Shame on you.
