Newly opened branch. Clean and hygienic. Small place thou just one table to sit for four. And two more chairs. This is my third visit with them I love their karak and masala chai. Sometimes it’s on offer too. To be honest it’s a bit pricy but quality and everything is good. They should improve on their menu as many items are never available I couldn’t try much variety. They should come up with better recipes for their parathas. It’s not worth the price or try.

Opened up their new store and its just opposite to Carrefour.

They have got cakes and muffin to have with their signature or masala chai, perfect combo right ????????????????.

Or you could go for their delicious butter chicken Paratha or their grilled chicken toast.

Zayan enjoyed sipping on the hibiscus peached ice tea, shake it well before sipping on it. ????

Project Chaiwala is a place that serves one of the tastiest chai in town. The environment of the coffee / bakery store is dainty and cozy.

This is one of the chilling areas I visit together with my parents to consume an arabian taste of chai. This branch is located in City Center, Al Zahia a prestigious mall with different entertainment sectors.

Project Chaiwala also offers different meals such as sandwiches, cold beverages and desserts. The staffs are also enthusiastic and ensure to entertain you while serving their signature chai coffee.

Located on the ground floor opposite Carrefour. I tried the Karak Chai. Average taste.

The tea is expensive here compared to the tea prices outside malls but it’s good. The staffs are friendly and seating capacity is limited to 4 chairs.

the place was incredibly amazing, i recommend it! the have great service, remarkable foods and drinks, and you don’t have to wait in line for ages! it’s also very cheap as well! ????????

the place looks so cool too! everything and the staff their are so cool, this place has many things!

Tea is expensive but ok , nice place we need to promote tea as we patronise coffee.
