The place is good . i come here because of the friendly staff there especially that manger lady marry and mostafa and mohamed .but i hope the there is cleaner on the store because most of customers they are families so need cleaner to keep the dine in area cleaned always for next customers ..the staff there too much kind and respectful and trying their best to keep cleaning but also there are supposed to be preparing the drinks in the same time also for customers so i hope next time i see more staff and .cleaners for this store

I loved Tim Hortons at the new Sharjah Corniche

Ordered the same drink at Al Zahia and others for the family.
Ordered 2 french vanilla (told him the smallest size)
And 1 pistachio drink (smallest size)

1. The store is packed with nowhere to sit. They tell you to have a seat while you wait for your drink... but there aren't any empty seats lol... staff seemed to be tired (i will always blame this on the top management, not the staff)

2. He ends up making 4 drinks in total not 3 (2 french vanilla and 2 pistachio)..... AND (im not aware of the prices at tim hortons so we paid blindly) HE DID NOT PUT SMALL. He made them all medium sized. The 4 drinks (we ordered 3). So 2 mistakes....

3. Finally, all the drinks were way too sweet as per everyone. Something was off. The Sharjah Corniche branch was way better.

4. I really don't like their donuts nor tim bits when compared to dunkin

As a regular costumer for tim hortons I can sadly say this branch is the worst regarding cleanness. You can got the best taste of coffee, donut, sandwiches, muffins, but mostly you will find all the tables and flour is not clean at all. As a parent of 3 kids I can understand that kids may spell coffee and donut by mistake to th flour, but I can't understand that there is no employee for cleaning and keeping the place tidy and sanitized.
The last 3 visit to the place I need to call for one of the Barista to come and clean the table or flour because there is no one to help in this matter. Last time I was there I see one of the kids spell th coffee by mistake on the flour and no one help in cleaning and it ended up with coffee sticking allll around!!!!!

It’s silly. I only asked for my coffee to be made with Oats milk, and the price jumped from 20 to 30 dhs! Seriously?? Employees claim all iced coffee served unsweetened. And if I want to use ANY kind of sweetener then I’ll pay 5 dhs extra? That’s silly!! Been a customer for over 12 years… now whenever I see Tim hortons I just laugh!! Seriously a cup of coffee for 40 dhs? Hope your business fails all over the world!!

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Tim Horton's coffee shop today. I ordered a coffee at 9:30 pm and was told that the coffee machine was not working and that I had to wait for it to be fixed. I waited patiently for 15 minutes, but the machine was still not working. I asked the staff member for how long i have to wait? but she answered that she had no idea and told me to keep waiting. This was unprofessional of her.

This is not the first time this has happened. Two days ago, I had the same experience at the same coffee shop. The coffee machine was broken, and I had to wait for a long time. I feel like I have wasted my time at this place.

I am very disappointed with Tim Horton's coffee shop. I hope that you will fix the coffee machine as soon as possible and train your staff to be more courteous and helpful to customers. If this situation is not resolved, I will not visit your coffee shop again, and I will share my negative feedback with others.

If you want to spoil your mood . Go to their Al Zahia branch.

Staff are so rude , they behave as if they are giving food for free . They need to know how to behave with people let alone their customers.

I have been to many of their other branches . Never came across such rude staff .

Worst worst worst !!!

I hope their team works on it ! If there was an option, I would have given them --5 star just because of their staff.

This has become a must visit spot for us now. Good coffee, peaceful ambiance and friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr Sameh who always steams my coffee again bcz I like it very hot. Today I forgot my mobile and the cleaning guy ( sorry I couldnt see his name) came a long way to return it to me. When I go next time, I ll thank him specially. Overall a very nice experience.

Very nice serving, good coffee, but when we use smiles to buy coffee and donut combo, there is very limited choice of donuts. Since the deal says coffee and donut so it should be any donut. I hope it can be done.

I like the new mojito's especially BLUE LAGOON.. Thanks to Maria ligaya after watching this new mojito's on her tiktok i attract to try and taste it and it was so refreshing!! ???????? I was surprise also that she was working at the same brand and her real name is Mary! ????????
