Bought clothing for a friend as gift. They did not have the size i requested. They told me to purchase it now and and ask my friend to come and exchange it later so they can get it from a different outlet. When my friend went to exchange after 2 days, the sales lady and the store in charge said it is old stock and now they have all new collections. They were rude and made it sound like we purchased old stock and low prices which cannot be exchanged now. They have no customer focus. Their only focus is immediate sale...

I bought 2 Suits from SACOOR ( SAHARA CENTER )
Suit no 1
14 days to modify the size of Trouser ( same as my size which brings with me ) , after the 14 days the size is not correct, also the sewing is Very bad , this is last time I’ll Purchasing from SACOOR, I’m not advice any one to bay any thing from it.

I’m arrive Dubai , I’m calling the customer are and ask about my case which is about 8 months , after 1 day they call me back but I was busy , I tell them to call me after 1 hour but till now they not call me, I try more times to call the customer care @ 047053900 but no response!

The worst customer care service. The team is highly unorganised. They give u false promises for the refund. The store has different story and the customer care has different story.... Never ever visit this.. If negative marking was there would give highest negative marking..... they are liers......

Very poor customer service at their Sahara Center outlet. Even, they will not pick up the call. If they pick up, they will ask us to hold and they will forget us for 30 to 40 minutes, then they will disconnect.

Customer care service is so bad . They dont want to help us when we ask for size. Dont sell and keep it. The attitude is so bad. We are customer and we pay we are not a beggar

Indifferent at best. AVOID this outlet. I had bought a jacket and belt from Ibn Batutta Mall outlet in Jan and was told that any outlet will handle any issues related to my purchase. I went to the Sahara Centre outlet day before yesterday to punch a hole to my belt and they casually rejected to consider my request. So much for customer service.

This is the 3rd store I visit after going through a pethetic sale experience @ Deira City center where store manager ULAN himself he seemed more busy into chatting over the whatsapp and give zero interest to me as a customer, Dubai mall I went yesterday and honestly it wasn't much btr than Deira branch where the staff were not even ready to respond to my quiries and still I bought from there since I had no time to go to another branch.

And the shopping experience in Sahara was execptenally fantastic, regardless of the sales and busy floor, I was 1st attended by one gentleman who was very helpful and supportive, and then Mr.BEK has attended me and he was beyond my expectations and he extended his support to make sure I get the items I want.

Thnx for Sahara Store branch and I suggest that the other big branches teams get some basic tips on how to greet and attend customers in case they want them to return back to their store as they are very very far from representing such a brand image.

Just visited the store today and I must say nayef did his utmost to make us feel the most comfortable and crafted the best experience possible. If I pay money this is how I want to be treated. Nayef deserves a raise, he also has a good sense of fashion and presented to us the best possible selection of suits at the shop at that point in time. Sacoor brothers is simply one of the best places where you can walk out content. Loved the experience through and through and spent about 2and half to 3 hours without noticing the time pass.
