Excellent Service, they delivered food within few minutes . So awesome. Not satisfied about fries , fries was too thick and not crispy. but everything except fries was nice.chicken size also big. Sahara Center food court is extra ordinary too..
But you guys should keep kiosks fit for use.bcz it may take few minutes to decide what to eat and all and many items showed in display was not available at that time.

Update your software of placing orders on the screens, I was getting an error at the last step of paying for 4 times, and then decided to just go for infinite queue with only one counter working, at the end it appears that the error was that I was asking for medium size and drink selection is Orange juice, at the counter she put that and received a note that while selecting orange juice you can only select small size. ( why was that not showing on the self ordering option.
Food was mediocre and staff not helping at all , worst experience ever with KFC.

A very great place, May be one of the best KFC branches in Dubai, the food, and service is superb, They give you the food very quickly and never make a single mistake. the chicken and sandwiches are very delicious, aswell as the fries.

But will admit the ONLY reason I am not giving this area 5 stars , is because of the kiosk, There is always a big rush (obviously) so I use the kiosk and sometimes I don't get the receipt, which causes a bit of a 7-10 minute wait.

I believe it is important to highlight both positive aspects and areas for improvement, as constructive feedback is essential for maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Upon arrival at the outlet, I joined the queue to place my order. However, I observed an incident where a customer, a Filipino girl, cut in line ahead of several other customers, including myself. To my disappointment, it appeared that the cashier noticed this behavior but chose to ignore it, potentially due to their shared nationality.

I would like to emphasize that this review is not intended to single out the nationality of the individuals involved, but rather to address the importance of maintaining a fair and organized queue system for all customers, regardless of their background.

As a suggestion, I kindly request that you provide comprehensive training to your employees, specifically regarding customer service etiquette and the proper handling of queue-related situations. Encouraging employees to prioritize individuals who follow the established rules and wait in line will contribute to a more orderly and efficient experience for all customers.

I believe that by taking this proactive approach, you can ensure a consistently positive customer experience that aligns with the high standards associated with the KFC brand. After standing and waiting in long queue to place order , they told most of the items in menu were not available .. not even regular fries . .. how disappointing and it was not very late either . And kisk wasnt working either .
But they never compromised in taste , taste was great ..

Tried their new signature Tabasco spicy burger and it was so so good !
Just a huge burger with lots of Tabasco sauce and cheese loved each bite .
It’s actually spicy not like the regular ones ! Must try if you like spicy burgers.

Food is extremely mot recommended to eat inside the mall. As the quality and the amount to prepare the food has degraded. The cost is high and the quality is low..
