Excellent customer service by Geevan. He was very kind and supportive. We bought a Huawei mate 50, and he gave us all the information and answered all of our questions. He was kind enough to bring a chair for my mother when she got tired. He also provided us with a very nice offer package, and walked us through the process of transfering data from my old phone to the new one. We walked out very happy, and I'm sure you'll do so too!

I am your customer for more than 10 years. I bought a device yesterday from Zahia Mall, and the sales employee informed me of the delivery today at home. I waited all day and no one came. Customer service was contacted to solve the problem, and they said that the device will not arrive today 25, but tomorrow 26, and not today is the problem. Why did the employee deceive me Determine the timing of the transaction. This is inappropriate and I can't wait at home for two days especially since it's the weekend

i ordered boxing gloves online but they send different color without taking asking! and when i called they asked to take a picture of the item to prove that i didn't open or use! seriously! waste of money and time,

It is one of the worst branches of Sharaf DG. I went there on 9th June at 3:40 pm looking to buy Samsung watch5 Pro, and the staff in the Samsung display area was busy watching a movie on his phone. I had to ask him if he worked there or was just hanging around with a Sharaf DG t-shirt on. He replied yes and while I was pointing at the watch I wanted to buy and ask him if they had grey one in stock he intrupted me and told me Z fold and flip are not available and started laughing at me. It felt like he was making fun of people who were looking for those phones. I told him I wasn't looking for those. However, since you are not interested in sales, I would just leave the store so you could get back to watching your movie on mobile. As always, it's a bad experience visiting Sharaf DG. Sometimes, the salespeople are too eager, and sometime they dont care at all.

Very very bad after sales service. My ticket Ticket # 6202203 is still pending after months and they don't reply to emails. Don't buy from here. Best is Amazon.

The worst center ever, I bought a LG TV 16 days ago and still did not receive it. Been waiting forever to get this TV. So I went to the branch and the TV is not there. What a pathetic center , one of the worst. I still have to wait for the scheduling team to provide the TV. Call center , customer service and the duty manager there are doing nothing although I called them several times to contact them. Even when I met the customer service, the duty manager she was laughing as if nothing is happening with the team. No Professionalism , No Integrity and No Honesty( Fake Promises) .

Excellent customer service by Mr. Syed. He takes the initiative and is very knowlegable. If you purchase a Huawei phone, he's the man to go to!
