TVs aren't good! Because they are a old TVs but rooms are good ???? And service is ok also location is fine.(this was my sons impression)

Overall, cleanliness needs a lot of improvements, especially the floors(0 stars).
Edit 2
After a complain they deep cleaned the rooms, was much better.

Pathetic experience. stayed there for about 18 days, three families in two apartments.

Housekeeping does not understand English properly, rooms are not maintained, water leakage issues in the washrooms, and repeated requests to fix anything is never taken seriously.

Really regret staying there. will never stay there again.

Worst place ever the place as soon you enter smells like urine. Went to the room after that was even worst the dirtiest toilet I have ever seen looks like a public toilet the sofas the bedroom every single thing has stains and looks super dirty. Also the booking I had was for the city view look at my view in the pictures.

NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Really a neat and well maintained Hotel ,With Good Customer ,Food Was also Good.
Rooms are Spacious and Good .
Overall A very good experience .

Not the best hotel but considering the price and the amazing location i would highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and comfortable a little dated but they get the job done. You are a 10 seconds walk from Mega mall and in the heart of Sharjah.

Very good location nearby qasba.
Located in the best are of Sharjah.
Magaz area is centraly located in Sharjah.
The lack, the sea, Mazaj garden, lot of shops and restaurants.
Very nice mosque nearby.
Lulu hypermarket is in the next door.
Rooms are wide enough.
Room service is very good but they don't make up the room everyday.

Hello,When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to hear that my room was given to someone else because they thought "I will never show up," and they told me they are full and have no rooms. After waiting for half an hour, they finally gave us a room, but it was occupied by another guest, so I went down again to tell the front desk guy about that, and he told me they have another room, but it needs cleaning because the guest who was occupying that room just checked out. So, after waiting for another 40 minutes, to no one's surprise, the room was dirty, with only one bed, and it was a smoking room. Please keep in mind that I requested non-smoking twin beds for 2 adults when I made the booking. Even with all of that, I was so tired and just wanted to get some rest, so I told them I needed another bed because we are two males and we cannot sleep in one bed,But they told us that they have no extra beds! I told them to either give us another room or an extra bed, but the hotel front desk guy told us barefacedly, "You can sleep together; we don't have another room or an extra bed!" I left this terrible hotel and went to another one for that night.

The hotel room is great, but the sofa set in my room is old, and there's lots of delays in providing room service (cleaning)
