I absolutely hate this place, staff don’t listen as there alway talking to each other even after asking what you want, then you have to repeat your self and the radio doesn’t help as its to loud to make anyone out.

The old woman in there needs to retire, I asked for £30 in gas and electric, she put £50 in each card she then told me it was my fault and she wouldn’t rectify the mistake so I had to pay it?
I’ve turned up at 9:45 pm and there closing when you say it’s not 10pm they shrug there shoulders as if to say (deal with it )
So I don’t understand the good reviews here, if you don’t believe me go down your self and see what I mean.

Staff is not friendly just gave me the cold face and no greeting at all also ignored me when I said thank you. But she greeted to the customer before me. Is it because I’m not white?
