One of the worst experiences I have ever had so far.
I bought a second hand washing machine Siemens they charged me 300 aed for it and extra 50aed for delivery in the same area. The person has given me a wrong commitment saying I will not face any problem til six months , if anything they will repair it. Since the day I bought from them the machine had problem every day . I had to call them several times and no one has responded. In fact even I have visited the shop several times but none responded. They said they will come and repair if any problem if any issue but no one has come till now . It has been one and half month now , every day I walk to the store to ask them why you have given a wrong commitment . They said the commitment was given by the other person and he is out of the country now he doesn't know anything about it. The person has lied while selling the machine and shouts saying that we will not repair and uses abusive language , no respect for women

Used furniture is available in usually good condition and state at negotiable low prices. Prominent staff Abdul Wali is a seasoned professional at this shop. Also Hamza is a good supporting addition. I’ve experienced good deals here and recommend others to avail as well.
