This is the worst customer service ever ; ive been waiting more than 45 minutes and every time a person comes into the shop and they know him they just let him pass and bypass everybody and never respect the number ; plus all the people they do one job and then they leave to take a rest ; i wonder why everybody likes ETISALAT and get rid from du services

Absolutely ridiculous service with very poor time management. No matter how small the task is, waiting time for each person is one hour. I was even surprised to see people who came after me leaving before my turn. And pointless apologies to reviews.

In du very very poor branch mall of umm al quwain I was taking the ticket 3:13 pm my number is coming in the screen 4:16 pm
Very slow service people going to work and come here waiting for customer service one hour here is very bad but this branch super fast employees Mohamed elgamasy very good

Very rude agents at du in the mall of umm al quwain. The Indian guy has to be fired for disrespecting the customer. Apologies by message are not accepted. the agent himself has to apologize.

The lady has got no time to listen to the customers...Such a rude behavior..totally disappointed...travelled all way from Abudhabi only to see her horrible attitude...very poor... disappointment at its peak...

Had a very bad service from the Du service centre in UAQ mall ..The attitude of the manager was horrible.Not even respecting the Customer.Sincere regret for using Du for last 7 years ..

Have been Using du for the last 13 years
After visiting this centre, decided to get any other service provider.
One of the worst service centre of du in UAE, customer service is very poor, there is no proper management system and the representative is not solving the problem at all. Diverting to customer care and customer care diverting to any other centre. Need to cancel their sim and look for another service provider.
