Always had a great and welcoming experience at this store. I was excited to get my hands on their winter collection, but had a really awkward setting today. Not sure if our ethnicity had something to do with it but the Arab sales person was constantly hovering over in an unfriendly and rude way trying to teach us in-store policies and not allowing us to use the bigger dressing room because it was for families with kids- even though there were no kids around at that time- we've often used this before. Made us feel totally uncomfortable and crushed, hence couldn't make any desired purchases. I love the stuff but not worth the treatment received.

Nice brand and team is very helpful, the variety of clothes are good, unfortunately same size and model but different color might have different fit, happened few times which gives an indication about the quality control of the brand.
Clothes are over priced but good quality.

Had a Horrible experience with the staffs there while using female dressing rooms. Not sure if they had a problem with us being Indians, but as we waiting for a lady with her son to leave the bigger dressing room and once she left and we were about to enter in, a salesman came over and asked us not to enter the room and said other lady is not done. I was like.. okay then we shall wait. he kept insisting you can use the other smaller rooms. we said no its fine we will just wait. Then another saleswoman came in, cleared the room and Locked the room. I asked her about it being used and she said no its not being used and we are not allowed to use it. its only meant for ' big families' Like, what even?

That good vibe in the store, Music and atmosphere was amazing!
I had an amazing experience. One African lady there assists me very politely even she knew that i was just checking around to see how much the perfume and shirts for my bday. while i was looking around, she assists and recommend promotions, it was nice experience.
Good customer service, great brand for clothes like comfy jeans, summer outfits, loved Fierce cologne perfume too. I recommend AD people to check out Abercrombie & Fitch The Galleria Mall ????????

Tamara the General Manager of the store was really very helpful. I was looking for a particular item and when they received the stock they immediately informed me. Very good customer service. The staff at the store is helpful too. Great team and keep up the good work . Thank you

I would like to take some time to give a much deserved shout out to Wilson.

He is a friendly and kind employee of this branch and helped myself and my husband with ease, and joy.
With the new normals of shopping without trying stuff on it can be a little tricky to find what you are looking for and have it work out.

Not with WILSON, he Kindly looked my husband up and down, nailed his size, asked him what he was looking for and directed him accordingly helping with sizes and materials with a smile all the way.

He made the experience of shopping an easy enjoyable one and I would go back to this location above others because of the quality of the staff.

I hope one day you are lucky enough be helped by a human like Wilson.

Thank you Wilson, we love the shirts, hope to see you again.

Their staff at the Kid’s section was really helpful!
Made my task of shopping for someone else really easy.
Thanks to Aaron for straight out helping me for more than 45 mins to get all I needed and then some.

Whoever hired him there made a really good choice.
