Low quality dress, poor tailoring, dress not delivered on time, UNPROFESSIONAL
I have ordered a dress in Galleria Mall on 29/12/2022. I have ordered exactly the same dress I tried with only change in length (Therefore I did not know what was the size at that time, but the employee told me it is a Large size). As per of the bill and agreement, I was supposed to receive the dress on 13/01/2023. However, on 11/01/2023, I received a dress with a wrong color and size. On 13/01/2023, I received the dress with the correct color, but not the correct size nor the style from the waist. I have contacted the management and they told me they will change it but it needs time. On 22/01/2023, I tried the dress and the size was correct (since the employee had a mistake from the beginning where it was XL not L) but also there was error in the style from the waist and also the zipper. On 25/01/2023, it was the day I should receive the dress since I can’t extend it anymore, but unfortunately the problem of the zipper was still there. They refused to fix it on the same day and the employee advised me to take it to another shop to find a solution. They did not deliver my dress on the exact day, and although I gave them more time, still it had errors that should’ve been fixed earlier. I took the dress without being satisfied with the quality or the dress since they refused to fix it or return the money. I was forced to take it to another tailor to fix it on the same day.
I contacted Galleria Mall, and the supervisor contacted the manager of Velvety Couture, who was supposed to contact me back. However, I did not receive any updates.

Good quality, and customer service. Staffs are very accommodating.
