While in Yas Mall, we dropped by to request a statement of account. I was satisfied with their services. Their queue system is systematic, and staff was quick and professional. My transaction was completed in less than 5 minutes. This is far quicker than my previous transactions in other branches.

Its 4 PM. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for my number. Can you guess how many customers are here? The answer is 2. Can you guess how many counters are open with no customers in them? 4. Never coming back here again.

Edit: I spoke to one of the employees and they told me its a shift change time which caused the delay…they NEED to come up with a better system to change employee shifts.
