I’m a huge fan of this one stop shop for all my groceries. Even though I’m not a resident in the UAE, every trip to Abu Dhabi warrants a visit to this supermarket for cheese, chocolates and other goodies. Also, their prices are also usually more reasonable than other stores so it makes sense to shop here

Thank you for mr habib for his great customer service in yas mall branch, this branch is well organised has almost all the departments and going on offers regularly, prices are fair in some of the items compared to other markets, however some are quite expensive

I am giving 4 stars because of the excellent service I get from the butchery& fish section. There meat & fish is fresh , I would like thank Mark from the butchery section for a good service. He is very customer oriented. This is the first time I have experienced in a Uae supermarket. Thanks mark . Please convey this message to him . Thanks

Convenient, well-designed hypermarket that somehow manages not to overwhelm you.

The store layout is thoughtful, making it intuitive to find most things. Reliable ready-to-eat section/delicatessen. Fresher produce, less painful checkout lines, and generally better prices than other stores.

Ps: I love the idea of the in-store hydroponic farm.

The worst experience ever. Bought set of pots and 4 pieces were missing. The 2 gentleman in service counter Carrefour Yas Mall and the senior manager Ihab definitely need training in customer service . This is really disappointing for such a big store. Hopefully higher management will look into this and will train their staff better!

I had lunch at food court, it was good, the mall is so big having alot of brands. Very good place for shopping.

I have bad experience for electronic purchase in yas mall carrefour with fault and no solution except losing money. No return no replacement hope. Rather forcing to statements report of technician after one year continuous complaints part changes by technician of supplier even multiple times complaint made and item is taken to workshop after calling 80073232. Team responses that item will be smashed.and no adjustment of money. I feel like paying to store for free.and staff not finding solutions to solve issues.carrefour staff not even able to get response from their supplier as they claim. Customer lose money and no solution more than one year time has been passed .I would request to buy expensive product direct from brand rather then stores.
