I'm the new customer of Life Pharmacy , Today i went from Yas Mall , life pharmacy .
Staffs are very helpful especially Mr.Asif , he assists me before i asking anything .
He gave me right recommendation what i really needed of my face and skin.
Very good customer service and hospitality .
Spending time at Life Pharmacy is just worth it.

Super service! Thank you, Ms. Norvic, for your remarkable assistance. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide suggestions when I had a hard time choosing. The store was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a great experience!

Really appreciate the support which I got by Mr Asif, I had joints pain ,he suggested gulcosamin and collegen supplements along with joints & muscles gel. it's really help me a lot for my bones and joint.

Very very slow service and they text you to collect your prescription even when one or 2 items may not be ready. They should not text the customer until every part of prescription is ready as a lot of the time I have to re-visit due to their incompetence, having to queue again etc. etc. Thinking about going to new chemist as other chemists are much much faster than this place and do not make same level of mistakes.

The most unhelpful pharmacy that I have ever experienced. They do everything under the sun to make things difficult for you. They need a dose of customer relations to deal with people in a reasonable manner.

Absolutely useless. Have lived in Carnoustie for 2 years now, every single time I have been in here there is a new excuse as to why my regular repeat prescription is not ready. Covid was and still is the fall back. ( Really... 4 days to fill out a prescription?) Must the the least efficient Boot's chemist in Britain.

Was refused a Covid Lateral Flow test kit by this chemist yesterday 1/7/21 because I was only working in Carnoustie for the past 10 Months and was from England. Poor attitude and service in public health issue.

One week from time of ordering at surgery equalling five days to dispense and finding still to come back in half in hour is unacceptable. We will now collect our 15 items a month and take to another pharmacy. This is too stressful of danger of running out of items. Ex Boots dispenser

I get all my prescriptions from here - just across from the GP. Nice friendly people and you can see your prescriptions getting made up.

Great service by very nice people but phone in to check you're order. That way you don't have to que down the street for ages.
