5:30 PM - April 22, 2021 fill the Gas Tank.
Walk-into the store to prepay for LPG refill.
The cash machine wasn’t working so paid cash with no receipts of transaction.
The person in charge was sitting across and was on the phone told me to go at the end of station and pickup refill and someone will be informed no need for receipt of transaction.
After I drove my car to LPG pickup point no one was there. So I parked my car and came back to store. The salesman still on his mobile phone saying “ I sent someone no one is there”. Very poor customer service no wonder everyone stay in the car and honk at them to come out for tank refills.
Very unprofessional and unorganized staff at the location.
