The rudest employee i have ever met in starbucks and his name is Zaibee. I have ordered and when i reach the window, he asked me if i have applicationI said yes. Then I dunno I forgot to give him and I immediately gave money and he took the payment. Then I remembered he did not scan, i told him scan for me and he said i cannot and i have asked you but you did not reply and i took the payment as if he saying i want to get rid if you fast. Then he was like come next time!!! SERIOUSLY, he could say let me scan your application before taking the payment. RUDEEEEEE and this is my last time coming to this store.

The worst starbucks branch ever never got my order right *if it happened once or twice okay but five times? + the dine in staff are horrible they look at you with an attitude and there is this guy little light skined round face never order from him. Happened more than twice this place still bad never again coming back

The actual store serves really nice drinks, but they have really bad customer service online. When I order drinks from this specific branch on deliveroo, they gave me wrong drinks. I ordered 2 toffee nut cream cold brew, and all I received was a cold brew and some milk foam which tasted nothing like toffee nut. And toffee nut is my favorite drink so I know what it's supposed to taste like and I always order it. And it's a shame that I wasted money for a wrong order. And when deliveroo contacted them they said they gave the right drink. I don't understand why they didn't call me to cancel the order if they didn't have toffee nut latte flavor available, instead of just taking my money for something that was very badly made.

This Starbucks is the best of the best among others Starbucks. I loved the way they treat me while entering from the door specially Usha and loved others staff service Nabin Camille Nihal and Sanjay. I am totally impressed by their outstanding service.

Bad service and an exaggerated increase in prices. In each request, an increase of three to four dirhams, and the request was wrong, and it was not allowed to return it at the same moment.

New Frappuccino flavors Blueberry Cheesecake. Caramel cheesecake.

Drinks were good, not that sweet.

I'm not a big fan of Starbucks but they make good coffee actually ????. Staff was great and very friendly. The only problem with this branch that I was woking on my computer and there was a very loud loong peep comes from one of the devices inside, not sure if this one of there systems or what but it was peeping evry few minutes and that drived me crazy.
