Worst Super Fix Branch! They play smart to get as much money they can from you. This is how they taught their staff to trick customer and sell the most they can. Rather than helping you fixing the problem they see your car value and upon this they start giving you high quotation and lying about issue your car have. This branch started top but now they’ve fall down. Please save your time and energy and go to their other branches for good services.

Unprofessional work. I went for a regular service, they spilled oil on my engine and did not take any responsibility. I have escalated the case to the person in charge but did not give any attention to my case. I am very disappointed.

Actually i am very regular for This Baniyas branch and Mr.Khalid is having excellent knowledge excellent customer service and even all other team members they are so good so professional with me always I can’t say even one negative experience with all the staff they are excellent in customer service and excellent in knowledge ????????????????????????

my car nissan patrol there was issue brake sound and i visit musaf many work shop there was no i feel good again again sound coming within 1day last week i visit superfix old baniyas they finish very quickly and this was he use technically mind they use iam appreciate mr waseem he done my work today i complete 1 week no sound and i feal good and i thought its big charges its normal price they taken tnkuu superfix
