Worst branch ever!!

I ordered through Zomato app and the staff didn't pay attention to the details I requested through the application ( cooking instructions,) and they were very rude claiming that this is a small mistake that won't require my complain!!

This happened with the same branch 3 tes in 60 days!

the staff members where kind and welcoming however, they couldn't help me with my Etisalat smiles point redeemed code since there was a new device from Etisalat attached on the wall.They didn't know how to use the device for the customers who wanted to redeem their smiles points.
