The best insurance company I ever deal with
All of the employees are very competent, professional and helpful especially Mr. Khalid. He went out and beyond to help me out even after hours he was understanding that I needed very quick response. He was very efficient.

I recently bought an insurance for my new Tesla X and I needed it urgently. I was attended to on phone by one customer service advisor Ashwathi who was super efficient. She advised me of the various options, gave me the best possible rates and closed the transaction within minutes on a weekend. The whole process was seamless with no manual interface. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided to me by Al wathba Insurance and Emirates Transport Garage. it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life.

It all started on 30th April 2023 when my car got damage and I contacted Al Batwa Insurance as per the policy requirements. As directed by them, my vehicle was taken to Emirates Transport Garage in Abu Dhabi. However, it has been more than a month now and my vehicle is still languishing in the garage. Whenever I call the garage, they blame the insurance company for taking too long to approve the work quotation. But when I contacted the insurance company, I have been told to contact the garage. I feel like I am getting the runaround and this has been an endless loop of frustration.

It was recently communicated to me that my car would be ready for pickup on Monday, June 12, 2023. I planned my work schedule accordingly but when I called the garage to confirm, I was informed that the car was not yet ready.Same they did not infrom me prior they informed me while I'm on the way to garage to collect my car. Also they are not attending calls.This is not only a breach of trust but it has caused me additional stress and inconvenience.

To make matters worse, I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care displayed by both Al Wathba Insurance and Emirates Transport Garage. It appears that I am treated as mere money-making opportunity by the two establishments. I am angry that these well-known companies are treating customers in such a deplorable manner.

As a result of this experience, I will never recommend or suggest anyone approach these two establishments. However, I must commend NGI Insurance, who provided me with a good experience and outstanding customer service. They have been easy to deal with even during the claim process

My wife has had an accident over 10 days ago. I have called Al Wathba Insurance more than 5 times. As the non-faulty, they still haven't approved the garage work that needs to be completed on my wife's car. And I haven't received a rental car for the period as well. Extremely disappointing and the mobile app is pointless as well (no updates are provided).
