I just love this shop so wish we had one in Cape Town, South Africa they definitely has the best scented candles ever. Everytime when I visit my sister I cannot resist this shop.

Always have special offers. Massive discounts. Nice fragrances. Good gift ideas for birthday's and anniversaries.

Excellent customer service.

Mall parking is available.

i always buy their scented candles...they are my most fav...never goes out of stock in my house...my whole house smells amazing becuz of the scent of the candles and they are long lasting as well.
i also tried their hand sanitizer and it smells so good as well..i never got candles from any other brand after trying out their candles...a must have in every house for some refreshed feeelings ????

While waiting in line today, the Arab guy in the cashier keep annoying the other filipino lady working with him in the next cashier, he is very unprofessional while we are waiting he is asking her about personal stuff in front of everyone and asking her “why are you mad? I feel like ur upset today? “He is speaking very loudly and she keep ignoring him, and telling him there is customer and he respond to her “ I don’t care “.. where is the Mangment and how do they hire people like this!!!

They're nice until they didn't pack my 7th candle when i went for the buy 3 get 4 promotion today.
I noticed the female cashier motioning to pack my 7th candle but the male cashier motioned her to stop.
The amount doesn't really matter ,you know, but why trick us?

And behind the cashiers were other candles not packed, probably another custome got tricked before me.

I remember and know because the missing candle was my favorite one.

Staff are clueless about Aura app. I asked in the beginning if body lotion offer applicable. They confirmed. I used my points to take it, generated the qr code and after they said that i cannot use it. Lack of proper guidance…

The place is nice. When I went there, its products were on sale with so many people crowding the store. Products were not that expensive. The staff were polite and they gladly provided assistance to the customers.
