I had the best experience in this dior boutique especially with Maryana the assistant manager of this branch. She is a professional in her work and she also helped me a lot when I wanted to to buy a gift for my wife. She also recommended for me a perfume which I think is my signature now ????????. Whenever I visit again I get the same luxury experience and even better. All the thanks to Maryana ????????????

Wonderful place where I felt welcome and warm. The staff are really professional. Special thanks to Semelda who helped me choosing the perfume. And advised me the best matching shade of a blush for my skin.

I was served by Simelda and she was very welcoming and nice, the products she recommended are really good and worth the price. Her gift wrapping was so amazing. Overall, I had a great experience with customer service in this branch.

I had an amazing experience at Dior today… I would love to come back. The staff “Maryann” is very clear about the products and was amazing in makeup and beauty knowledge along with skin care.

The salesman kept pushing us to buy big sizes perfume . We told him many times we want small size. Then he pushed us in making one bell for my purchase for me and my sister . I had to decline kindly and request separate payment , but he kept asking and pushing us which was embarrassing. Then he wanted to pack out order in one bag although my sister order was a gift in gift packaging. He also did not want to open a new account for my sister bit then it turned out she has one ( my sister told him she has an account at dior) it was overall horrible experience.
