2nd time here and the same terrible customer service. Asked for 1 thing and sales lady was trying to up sell something different. When showed what we wanted, the response was just sold last one. When she clearly doesn’t even have it.
If you need pandora go to Al Wahda Mall store.

Although the Yas Mall store was quite crowded - being a holiday and also a big sale - the shop attendant was very efficient in helping me figure out my size and find the right bracelet for my needs. I'm really glad I went to this store, because although the model I thought I wanted didn't fit well, I managed to find a better alternative. So thank you for the excellent service!

Terrible customer service. The salesgirl wanted to end her shift so she was very impatient with me and wasn’t willing to help me. Very disappointed because I always buy a lot of jewelry from them.

Overpriced....
Really overpriced, this brand is costume jewelry in Europe, a murano glass bead maybe £12, here almost three times the price for the same item, I guess they're imported by unicorns!
