Covid-19 probably infection point ... cashiers are asking why they need sanitation if touching banknotes!!!! Security is so rude!!!!

A small grocery store in Al Reem Island. I
The location is next to Hydra Avenue Tower. You can find almost all daily needs here. There is also frozen station for beef and poultry. And fresh veggies is also available.

Staff were nice and helpful. Price is a lil bit higher than the big Carrefour but it worth for the community who lives nearby. For quality, Carrefour products are excellent. For variety of choices, better you go online shopping or shop in the other Carrefour supermarket.

I am reviewing this market after a week from its opening, you can find all the essentials that you need to get your self going, although its just a week but it doesn't seem that clean and organized, so messy.

Delivery service does not exist, they never answer the phone, staff are not friendly and everything in it is over prices.

Very bad service, they mentioned that they have delivery and once you order it will take two hours and they keep telling we are coming while my Hourse in the same tower, and most of the prices on the display not correct, they mentioned something and when I Che k my bill I found that the prices higher than the display. I informed them many times but no one care. Never I will buy or order from this branch.

I am a frequent customer, today however was the so terrible that its not sitting well with me.
I was self checking out and one of the staff was speaking HORRIBLY with another colleague on the cahsier and MOCKING her! What an absolute disgrace and terrible way to talk to someone.
I highly urge the management to take action for the poor treatment the lady on the cash received from her colleague.
I have phoned the customer service but they told their system is down, I will continue to follow up because this man SHOULD NOT get away with this

Double prices from all the other carrefour stores. Don’t go there!

It seems as line get long ,when it cashiers shift change they put the close sign out at the cashier I had been standing in line for over10 mins not too happy when told to go to another line Lucky.. I did not just leave my buggy and just walk out . Not the first time this has happen at larger stores.. They person running the lines need better planning. Other than that it was ok got what I needed.
