It's a nice tower but if you're coming here, just be sure you park somewhere else. The company that runs the parking is one of the most mismanaged and unprofessional companies you can ever deal with.

The building is spacious and the facilities are nice, but the AC is very weak and there’s no ventilation, which is fine in the winter, but the summer months are pretty unbearable. I’ve raised this with management many times and I have had my ac cleaned twice, but the central AC has been switched off so even the corridors are filled with stagnant air. The gym is always stuffy, and although they set the scene to 15c; it never gets below 24c during the day.

Living here currently. Great views and decent amenities including gym, swimming pool etc with carrefour supermarket very close by. My only disliked thing about this place is it takes a long time to get anything done, I called the management company three60 everyday for 20 days (minus fridays) to get my washing machine fitted properly which I find poor. But overall recommended place to live. Good location and good people around you.

Hustle and bustle of the city, lovely place to live, amazing swimming pool and gym. Spar and Carrefour, many cafes and laundry will save your time and energy.

Best avoid this place. Management is currently with 360 and or Tawawuq. Last week alone the power switched off 8 times. Complaints are simply ignored with fantasy talk about blackouts in Abu Dhabi.
I further must warn future tenants that there is no such thing as cooking in the place. Any steam or even minute smoke will set off the fire alarm in the building. Tea maybe, but without suction above the cooking plate there is only noise to be expected if you try to make a dinner.
And then the water. Brown at times. Best invest in additional water from a bottle.
Oh and notice the lovely windows. Cleaned every three months they promise. Well, i have not seen anyone clean in the last half year.

Before I signed my contract I was told that the gym would open within a month. This was in May 2017. It is now Jan 2018 and still no sign of the gym opening anytime. One of the 3 elevator is still outbof service since the building opened in 2017. The building has water leaks and the power goes off from time to time. It is unfortunate for a brand new building to already have this many issues!
