Marina bay community is exceptional, offering top-notch maintenance (my owner had it sorted), clean common areas, a great community of residents, and a positive vibe. The residents are kind and welcoming, creating a great community environment. The common ares, gym and pool, are kept in pristine condition. I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.

As a person who lived alone in a one bedroom apartment at Marina Bay Two, I absolutely loved the spacious space, the area itself, the promenade nearby, and the gym and pool were great.
The building was always clean. My biggest issues were maintenance and noise. I had to pay for maintenance 2 fees, one to come check the problem and other fees to solve it which i think is ridiculous. There's absolutely no noise cancellation that I continuously hear what's going on in the apartments around and above mine. Informed security & the property managers of the issue many times, the most they do is inform the neighbor to quiet the music but there was no serious action or penalties.

It's very difficult to get parking here of this building for any visitor. Had to park opposite sigma tower for 1 hr free parking.

I don’t recommend this tower at all. Security people are sleeping all the time and never help to stop the endless noise in the corridor. Very Poor service, and terrible maintenance.

I don’t recommend this place to anybody.
I made the mistake to move here one year ago and I can’t wait to leave.
Parking is headache, you have to use a card two times just to leave!!! One day I forgot the card and the security guy didn’t want to open for me he made me wait around 15 min to open.
maintenance is so unprofessional they took 3 days to fix simple stuff
Elevator is always full you have to wait around 10 min just to go down

Apartment 3103 Wael - never paid deposit back. Beware of this he will ignore your calls and never pay. The agents name was Bassam.
