Good location and mood but the woman staff with black hair and short height is very arrogant and rude. I have visited on every thursday night or friday she always works at that time(I don't know her name). When I walk in she never say may i help you? or any products you looking for? or even hello. Also I asked some products and she acts annoyingly. The only one time she works her job as a staff is when I said I want to pay the bag.
I cannot understand why manager still hires her and if I were the manager I will fire right now. (If you watch this keep in mind!!!) She ruins everything.

I attended as a nervous new patient and was put at ease straight away. The practice was calm, clean and bright and I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Throughout my checkup Dr Morgan explained everything that he was going to do and why he was taking xrays. He went through the results and gave me clear explanations and options for my future care. I couldn't fault the friendly and professional service I received from everyone in practice

It's always a pleasure to come here for my appointments. There's parking, great access if you are disabled, and the waiting room is very clean and modern. The reception staff are always exceptional - they even give you a courtesy call the day before your appointment to check that you haven't forgotten about it! I usually see the dentist and then the hygienist straight afterwards - both teams are fantastic. All in all, excellent service and an example for other dental practices to look up to!

We have been registered with Mr and Mrs Morgan ( Symbiosis )
for at least twenty years and the treatment has been without fault.
The staff are friendly and the appointment tlme are kept so there is no waiting around. Eric and Christine Jones.

Never again will i be nervous of going to the dentist, moving to symbiosis practice is best move me and my wife have made, the staff we've dealt with have been exemplary and very professional and we must add the cleanliness of the practice is the best we've ever encountered.

Relaxing atmosphere. Pleasant greeting from receptionist. Both dentist and nurse put me at ease. Appointment on time. Overall it made visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.

This was my first visit to this dental practice. Simon made me feel totally at ease, and explained everything as he went along. I'm a nervous patient, but have no qualms about future visits.
