Great customer service from Tausif and the guys at this Samsung store. We got the best deal on the latest Fold 4 this Ramadan! The guys were attentive and patiently answered our questions about the phone and the promotions.

Mr. Tauseef was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, patiently assisting me throughout the entire process. He provided transparent communication, ensuring that I made an informed decision. The Staff especially tawseef has been a great staff on guidance on the cost and the features of every Samsung product there is available plus Zubair has been a doing a great care on my new S23 Ultra phone . Great staff great reputation for the company

Had a great experience in Samsung Galleria. Everyone was nice and especially Thousif who helped me with my new phone. He gave me a great offer and transferred all data to my new phone, even details i didn't even expect. Appreciate the help and felt great when my new phone was ready. Keep it up!

We recently purchased a 55” Samsung OLED TV from Samsung store Galleria mall and had exceptional customer service. Thousif went out of his way to show us the best value deals and was transparent about the differences between all products. We will definitely shop there again for future requirements!

I've been a +10 years loyal customer to Samsung & a loyal Android user. But this only time I had to request for Samsung to service my device was the first, last & only time that I will ever use another Samsung in my life.

Truly worst service center, compared to Apple for example: no proper management, no proper customer handling, worst service center with worst service technicians.

Never give your device to their service center, they will make it worse.

They use primitive tools, no proper service protocols like water resistant testing, stress test, battery test, .... so they make more damage than repairing.

I gave them my S23 Ultra for a screen replacement (SamsungCare+), and it ended up broken dead, not even powering up. And they blame me for it. Even a complaint to the Samsung head office wouldn't solve the problem, and the only thing I was asking was to either fix their mistake, or replace my device under warranty terms.

I wonder how does Samsung give the local dealer this kind of power over their clients, ruining their reputation and name.

Anyways, once you enter Samsung so called "store" you'll immediately get the feeling that you're entering a Karak Cafeteria.

Piece of advice: never give your phone to Samsung service even if it's under warranty, you'll lose your device anyways.

Pizza was lovely, but I have to say i was really disappointed that the saute potatoes were not of the standard definition. It was like undercooked mash with cheese on top. It arrived in decent time and was warm though.

It our first time eating there and the Staff was Friendly and helpful Food was Really Nice and came out hot and plenty of it.I would definitely Recommend Caspers Pizza Restaurant We will going back there

It's half price on a wed for couple of weeks.and believe me the portions are bloody huge.food is lovely.servers on point.standsrds very high.definately be going back half price or not

Took 2 hours to come and it's stone cold and missing items. Cold chips isn't nice cold pizza and nobody like cold kabab meat

Dined in with my friends for my birthday and despite the restaurant being understaffed, the servers, chefs and manager all came together to deliver a wonderful experience. The service was pristine, the food absolutely delicious and brought to our table very quickly. Will always recommend Casper's to anyone I know!

Pre ordered on gy and clee app at 2.15 pm for a delivery between 9.30 -9.50pm plenty of notice!!!!!. had to phone up at 10.15 as not arrived turned up at 10.40 chicken kebabs and pizza platter.meal was discusting full of salt to hide the taste all went in the bin. First and last order from here not recommended !!!!!!
