Nice ice cream with delicious and widely favorites .. each ball 17 Dirhams but if you order 3 it will be 16 Dirhams for each .. I ordered bean nut butter ????.. it was good and full of flavor.. but it was so sugary.. it has nice size for trying .. but it’s need shot of espresso later on .. i like it and next time i will try another flavor.. I recommend but if you don’t like too much sugar don’t try it .. good luck ????????

I will give it 3 stars because the ice cream is good but the philipina serving me is horrible no smiles when I call her she ignores please hire other Nationality

I am very disappointed at the service in galleria mall . My young daughter visited the kiosk and ordered mochi . They asked about the box offer of 24 prices that is 50% off she told them the box not available although it was. Then she told them they can get the 12 pieces since it’s available . The 12 price is more than the 24 pieces . It’s very bad to fool young girls that are happy about a treat .when I joined my daughter it was before she handed the mochi , I asked her to give me the other offer since we didn’t not touch the Mochi’s yet . She said I punched it and will not change it. Basically I paid double the price for half the items .

Order the regular Mochi. do not buy the Ice cream tub. The mochi bits Tasted awful.

I wish I can give no stars. Apart from being relatively 'cheap' they should be avoided. The never arrive on time even if you call an hour ahead of time. And if you call the operator's tone is as if he is shouting at you like it's your fault. I rarely give bad reviews but it's getting out of hand. Definitely not a great service

HORRIBLE and just don't go for this. THey give publicity saying its starts with a low fare..however, their meters run fastest on the earth and they ditch you the last minute.
I used their service twice - first time I paid much higher than other cars as their meter simply gallops. and second exp was when I was going on a tour to Europe and had to catch a bus from Leicester. I called them at 1:15AM in the night - a 5 seater which they promised. I called that night at 8PM again and was told everything is in place and a5 seater will be there at the time mentioned. To my shock and disbelief, no body turned up . when called, the night shift operator/manager said she is unaware of what I have spoken with B-shift manager at 8PM and that she can't help as they dont have a 5 seater. That was a disaster for me.
MY advice - they people are real cheats and stay away from them.

Even poor to fair is a very high rating for them - they don't deserve to be in business and should be sued for cheating and harassing people.

They currently have a driver who works for them who racially abuses people and threats with violence and we are aware is also on bail for GBH............when approached A2B just hang up see,s they are not concerned for anyones safety

Just rang them up for taxi. And they told that would have to wait 2 hour for when my friend rung up after me got a taxi straight away
