Take a way. From a different location branch, it was in cinema food court , left year or more ago....
the location is absolutely wrong,

cinnabom should at least be careful and update for new customers if any care.

I am not the big fan of Cinnabon. I just enjoyed Chocolate Milkshake. But not with the Cinnamon toast. It tastes so plain.

Come here with friends to grab a cup of coffee every Sunday! Coffee is good, stuff is nice! Would be Great if you get more plant milk choices. Thank you

On 1st March 2021 I went to Cinnabon corniche with my mom and I ordered 2 coffee. There were two person working there. When I ordered there was no rush at all. Only I was there. One philipina guy was there and another lady who took our order named “Tracy”. When I ordered I told her please give my delivery after 10 mins as we ll have breakfasts first. We finished our breakfast we were waiting almost 20 mins . But no coffee came so I went inside and asked that time they were busy with new customers and they told u just sit outside we ll give. Again we have waited another 10 mins and I saw those other customer they got their delivery and they r enjoying their coffee while I m waiting for 30 mins for coffee. When I went inside and asked the lady she said sorry, we had other customer so it delayed and I asked her who should get first priority Ur first customer or who came later? She told who came first then I asked then why I had to come 3 times for my coffee. Am I taking for free? Why ur service is like this? I asked please give me ur company email I ll mail them then she called security. When the security came she told if u want to say anything u can say and then ll call CID. I told I wanted ur company customer care number why u called CID . U think I don’t want when u have to call security? Then I explained the total scenerio to that security guys they were asking her it’s ur fault and why u called us instead of proving her to e customer care . And then when she saw those security guys told her she is wrong and she started saying sorry and not to report about her. My questn is how dare she is to call security when I customer just asked about customer care email address. My whole morning mood spoiled there though I went to enjoy the breakfast and coffee with my mom . Hope Cinnabon ll take care of the matter so that their stuff won’t take advantage of any facility Ike calling security and making customers embarrassed. Definitely I ll think twice to go there again. Many times I went there but first time I got this kinda customer care and service

You might say that you have Seattle’s best coffee but your staff has the worst attitude towards your customers.
Your staff should learn some hospitality,don’t blindly hire anyone.

This branch is the worst!!!! I ordered and it’s been almost 2 hours now, and yet i haven’t received any! Very unresponsive!!!!!!! No one’s picking up my call!!!!!!!!
