I had visited Cinnabon in mazdar city today. I had a bad experience from the staff named Carlos. I asked him for an iced latte and without asking any further details regarding sweet or preferences he gave me a small latte . Also there was no sugar in the latte and when i asked him why there wasn't any , he rudely told me to take it and put it by myself. He was not respectful . Kindly look into the issue.

They over heated the rolls in the microwave it became very dry and hard to eat!! And because it was very saucy it was spilled all over the bag. It’s a delivery order why do you even heat it?

We got the combo 2 buns + 2 drinks for 44 aed.
It was very tasty, but it is better to get a hot drink (we got a vanilla latte, which was so good), as their cold ones have way too much ice in it.

I sent Cinnabon Masdar city instructions to be fresh from the oven and well frosted, I got almost plain dough dry dough. Why have instructions requested if not followed? And anyways, the essence of the Cinnabon is with its frosting since it’s the original flavor, is this how it should be? Couldn’t be less satisfied with my order..

Cinnabon Masdar City Centre Abu Dhabi. Located on the ground floor. Opposite Max. Near the food court. I have had Cinnabon from different branches all over the UAE ???????? and they all seem to have their own frosting amount. Some less, some more. I like them smothered in creamy frosting because that's the best part! I usually buy the big boxes Bon bites, which have different varieties. Pecanbon. Chocobun. Cinnabon. You can also order coffee to enjoy with your Cinnabon as well. Cappuccino. Latte. Mocha. Tea. Cold drinks. I tried the Cinnabon stix but they really didn't seem fascinating. It needs a lot more cinnamon and sugar as it's not so sweet. If it came with extra dip that would be excellent ????. Large parking space available. Wheelchair accessible.

I ordered cinnamon stick with the cream cheese frosting but theres no cream cheese frosting! And no Contact number to call!

A person who loves to drink coffee will differentiate it's taste and acidity. Americano was too strong but the Cinnabon stix compliments the coffee

I ended up buying their 25 pieces bonbites worth 49aed last 17th March (night time) because the (Filipino) male supervisor told me it's on promotion. I asked him first what was the original price of the said pack, he said it was originally 80+ aed, but it's only 49aed for Mother's Day offer. I didn't know the original price initially. I only came to know later that 49aed was actually the regular price.

While paying, I casually complained about the bonbites bought by my friend from their store last Christmas 2021. It tasted like a few days old already but of course what else should have I expected? He said that they never serve items that are not fresh. He blamed it on the heating instructions that he thought we didn't know. C'mon, it's not the first time for us to buy Cinnabon and we know what is fresh and what is not. So I told, nobody picked the call that Christmas eve to receive our complaint.

So for me to not experience the same dissatisfaction with their product, he instructed me to heat the bonbites for 1 minute, no more no less. He then added a pamphlet of the heating instructions. I read the instructions carefully when I got home and I realized that the supervisor didn't even know the proper heating time.
