The lady were called Maricris Ravara, she can't put to be as a customer service. She was very rude to attending customer. She not polite at all, explaining things with irritated manner and high tone.
How can be the management put her at the customer service desk. Doesn't suit her personality at all. Not friendly, not genuine manner. The worse service ever.

Honestly I’ve never felt that much happy to deal and solve my problems with du more then today with Marry ,she was very very helpful to let me change my decision from going ahead with a complain to give a 5 star feed back , seriously we need more marry arround UAE
