I have asked to trim little the hair for my son. The length of the hair should be little above the eyebrow level with natural look (I presented the photo). I left the salon when he started to cut more and more. From the back is a mess as well. I had to correct in another salon. But I am very unhappy that the hair is too short now. Please see photo attached. The hairdresser was trying to convince me that everything looks good.

UPD: I will not pay for this horrible haircut! I can’t believe you think you are up to standard in UAE!!! Let people see the photo and judge themself about your job. Terrible service!!!

Gel nail polish was so good. My manicurist was Dil and she was so good and very professional. I definitely go back soon.

My experience was disappointing. Not satisfied with hair cut. Gave instructions and the guy just did another style. Mess up my hair. Very expensive for what you get.

Update to response: I did not get discount to remedy the dissatisfaction. I had to demand the discount. That is why I gave 2 stars because it would have been a 1 star review.

Great hair cut and shave from Billy and Manicure from Dil, really recommend it.

Billy and Jeff are the best barbers in town. However, do not try other services from other staff cause you will not get the same satisfaction.
