I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the hotel's convenient location made visiting Yas Water Park and Ferrari World a breeze. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty veggie options. In addition, the hotel provides a fantastic indoor room where you can safely leave your kids to enjoy themselves while you relax with a coffee or meal. The room features video games and a play area. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent vacation place for families. Loved the property and it is breakfast and services. The reception was very helpful. The room service was extremely efficient and clean. Laura and Bonu did a fantastic job for us. The check in and check out was very comfortable as well. We stored our luggage with the concierge and they were super helpful.

Had a great stay 3 nights, Everyone was so friendly and helpful, well mannered and informative -The rooms were perfect and very clean. Food was great. The lifeguards at the pool were so Professional but also super friendly. Had a great time and will share experience with frns too to take service from here. Giving 5 star I feel it's less ????

We stayed for a night with my family and it was great. I have an infant and we didn’t face any buffer and problem with our stay.

Would like to commend the front office team especially Honey, who is so accommodating and gave us no hassle with our checking in, Gee Ann for keeping a great ambiance upon entering the hotel, Arslan in assisting us proactively and of-course the bellmen and the valet staffs who first welcomed us very kindly.

Not to mention the location of the hotel is very accessible.

Over all it was a great stay. ❤️

Dilan was a very supportive employee at the hotel throughout, The customer service on a whole was quite positive and the environment was quite pleasant.

Everything was high quality and just as you would expect however when it comes to rooms of improvement they could improve the variety of drinks provided (iced drinks) which is a niche desire however everything else was very good and I highly recommend this hotel and it’s worth the price as this rewarding atmosphere it brings you in makes you feel refreshed as if you don’t want to go back home.

Excellent hotel. Dil who worked in reception was amazing. Our stay was perfect I could not find a fault . The breakfast is amazing. The pool is open till late 8pm I think and kids loved swimming at night as it was much cooler and quieter around the pool. The ambient tropic pool area is lit up beautifully and seating is plentiful with huge round garden beds.
The decor and rooms are modern and sound proof. We booked 2 rooms please note there isn’t interconnecting rooms. Other than that we would love to come back here again. There are free shuttle buses which take you to water park and Ferrari world which is a must for kids big and small. Restaurants around the island are plentiful. Very Pricey but very worth the fine dining and experience. Do try the buffet & seafood restaurant it’s amazing!

Nicholson of Concierge, very helpful. He checks if there's something we need and assist / follow until it's done. Great guest service.

Due to high occupancy, we are family with 3 kids and was given smoking room. 213 is freshen properly but 214 was not, we keep sneezing and coughing. So we mostly used and stayed in 213.

Big wall, with small and old TV.
