I had a horrible experience because of Amore, the branch manager and receptionist in the Dalma mall branch. She spammed my WhatsApp with endless messages expecting a response from me even though I already sent her my Groupon voucher on WhatsApp and was driving on my way to my appointment. She was also calling my phone, sending me messages that if I didn’t come to my appointment on time, she would redeem my Groupon voucher.

It is disgusting customer service and I do not recommend this branch whatsoever. Despite all my experiences with salons where we’re meant to go and relax, I’ve never come across a worker like this.

Additionally most of their workers have an aggressive sales approach on top of that. On one occasion I was encouraged to do hot oil for my hair and yet the machine wasn’t working. The hair technician had to manually put hot towels on my hair every once in a while. It was ineffective as it didn’t do anything for my hair and honestly it was a waste of money.

I have been a consistent client of the staff in Yas Mall and it has been a peaceful experience with them however, with the Dalma mall staff, I always encounter some level of attitude and drama.

If I was the problem I would’ve had issues with other workers but this is my first ever encounter where I really snapped, I was angry and frustrated because of Amore’s attitude and way of handling and dealing with the situation. She has poor emotional intelligence which makes her unfit for customer service.

I gave her everything she asked for (Groupon voucher) but on top of that she felt the need to threaten that if I didn’t come within 15 minutes of appointment, my voucher would be redeemed. (my appointment was at 3pm and I came at 3:11pm before my 15 minute mark elapsed).

What type of discriminative treatment is this just because I am using Groupon? There wasn't even a client waiting to do their hair before or after I came.

I do not recommend the Dalma Mall branch AT ALL.

the stylist by the name ommaia was not good at all she does not have the basic knowledge of a hairstylist even tho she claims she is a”professional stylist”.. she didn’t know the difference between an trim and restyle I have come to this salon multiple times as the nail staff are incredible however the hair technicians are extremely under skilled .

Do not recommend for hair as the other reviewer has mentioned they do not know how to cut style and dye they are only good at blow dry.

This is an awesome Salon, very nice and all staff are professional. Services are affordable always have promotions.

I wish I can put zero
I had very bad experience with this salon
I asked the hair dresser to color my hair honey blonde color with highlights
But she colored it dark grey
I showed her the color I want and she said I can do
LIAR
also the receptionist and other girls were very rude to us
Me and my friend not satisfied at all
They damaged my hair and my friend her
She asked for brown just one color
Her roots became lighter than the rest of her hair

And she cut more than what I asked for
I regret doing in this Salon

I wonder how Yas Mall accepts to employ such salons who are cheating people

All the members of staff were very welcoming and friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was fantastic! Great cuticle treatment and polish was applied perfectly. Thank you so much ????

There were 7 manicurist supposed to be working. They were doing each others nails. All the nail stations were occupied by them. They were totally unprofessional and did not look clean. The lady who did my eyebrow shaping was nice and professional. They charged total 210 AED. According to their price menu, it should have been 180 AED. The place is crowded, no social distancing and waiting to be cross contaminated. I see previous reviews from other customers. I wish I had read them before I went there.

From my initial last minute enquiry ( the day before ! ) Aidy couldn't have been more helpful , Arrived on time 5am in atrocious weather , the mini bus was spotless and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again . Very professional , thanks again Aidy.
