Fast, friendly service. Not only can you pick up your parcels here. This building also houses the digital freight platform Saloodo! MEA via which B2B companies get access to trusted freight carriers for on-demand shipments, with the freedom of choice of a marketplace and the security and convenience of a digital freight forwarder.

We sent stuff for around 250kg via air to Finland, it was delivered to us by tossing and turning!!! What a service, few of things like potty, bath tub etc broke! Don't dare send anything with DHL to Finland

DHL Global Forwarding. Logistics Park. Opposite Al Ghazal Golf Club. I had to go and collect my parcel. After calling so many times and no one answers the phone. Eventually got through the call center. They told me my parcel is here. Closings times have changed.
8am - 6.30pm. Parking space is available.

Good couriers services but if your items gets affected by heat better to pickup from here instead of getting it delivered to your house or apartment

It is not possible to make the call becauae your automatic machine os not transfering the calls to customer service.

very dissapointing from German company.

I rated them last year as one of the worst services i had ever face in my life.
Again am here at their facility and nothing has been approved. still the worest and struggling with them to get my shipment

I had to go into branch this week to change the name on my bank account. I was immediately met by a friendly gentlemen who asked me to take a seat and then immediately found a member of staff to help me and after a short wait, I was seen too by an extremely friendly female member of staff who made the changes for me. I was in an out within ten minutes and could not have been more pleased with the service. It’s so wonderful to be able to just walk into branch and get something sorted with friendly staff!

Booked appointment for mortgage advisor, turned up to be told they have no confirmation of my booking. Mortgage advisor promised to call me back later that day or at worst the next morning. Got a voicemail 4 days later to promise to call me back again next day, guess what, still waiting 3 days later. Phoned customer services, 45 mins later, no appointments till mid September, not the response or timescale I was expecting for simple mortgage advice. Sadly feel let down. Thought better of Lloyds after 20 years of banking.

Extremely poor service from Annemarie:

I, a 17 year old student looking for help, went in on the 15/4/2021. I was served by an employee named Anne Marie. Anne Marie is a middle aged, pale white woman with brown should-length hair and glasses. I was then required to use my pin, however due to a neurological condition/mental health problems caused by trauma I struggle to remember numbers and so I rely on other methods for transactions, like contactless. However, after I had apologised for not being able to remember my pin, and before I could even begin to quietly disclose my condition, Anne Marie rolled her eyes and huffed/tutted at me. Before then lecturing me on the importance of remembering pins. I understand AnneMarie could not have known of my severe condition, however good customer service lies on not assuming all limiting factors and conditions are visible, instead it's letting the customer fully explain their situation before jumping to conclusions.

I want to let anyone who is reading this know that this not only deeply insults and offends me, but has made me lose confidence. I am very anxious to go outside with my condition/mental state, however seeing as this is one of the first outings I have had in weeks - I would like Anne Marie to know I will probably not be going out for a while due to her insensitive, unacceptable and immature actions; and the direct knock on effect that has on my health and welfare .

Helpful but they really don't like you paying cheques in. I have experienced this everytime i have paid a cheque in. The queue was huge for the machine and no one was at the counter so I went up there. I was told the machines take cheques and to queue. I prefer to pay anything in at the desk anyway but always have to justify why i want to. I know the options available so if i choose to pay in at the counter I shouldn't have to argue for that right.

Visited here to track an old account. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The 2 ladies that served us at the counter couldn't for enough to help and offered help and advice for where else we could go for help. Great service thank you.

This branch is now the only one left locally and they do provide a good service and will give the right advice when asked. There are cash machines both inside and out plus two paying in machines. Also on the plus they are open until four o'clock on a Saturday and are staffed by friendly people.

I just started banking with Lloyds recently. Its a great up to date branch. I've been in the Walsall branch once and they don't have the paying in facilities as this one does. Nice and spacious, consulting staff are always available to talk too and friendly. Shopfloor staff are great to they can see when you need help and are prompt with it.
